After graduating with a BSc in Fitness & Health, I have since worked within the Health & Wellness Industry for over 25 years. Helping people to transform themselves & their lives has always been my passion. I am also an RTT Therapist, I help clients by accessing their subconscious mind & getting to the root cause of an issue, this is really the key to changing limiting beliefs. Physical & mental health should come hand in hand. After discovering the huge benefits of Breathwork I have added this to my tool box. The breathing techniques taught in SOMA Breath have proven physiological and psychological benefits, allowing participants to relieve stress, gain more focus & mental clarity, increase physical energy and so much more. Breathing techniques are combined with music & creative visualisation which allows participants to enter into deep meditative states, where they can reprogram their subconscious mind to get rid of limiting beliefs and inspire positive change in themselves.
